Law Office RAJIĆ (Advokatska kancelarija RAJIĆ - Studio legale - Law Office) in Belgrade was founded on 12th February 2009 with the aim to provide legal assistance to natural persons and legal entities (most commonly foreign persons and entities) in many fields of law. Since its foundation our office has rendered services to clients who need legal assistance from an attorney from the Republic of Serbia for different reasons, i.e. legal problems or legal situations. These are legal problems that can be resolved amicably or by conducting proceedings before courts and other state authorities in Serbia, or legal situations, such as company establishment, drawing up contracts, obtaining certain documents and Apostille stamp, or obtaining information about laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia. In some cases clients just need a legal opinion or legal advice from different fields of law.
Many of these legal situations and legal problems do not imply or do not require the presence of clients. In such situations, when clients should choose an attorney-at-law in a foreign country, with whom they are not acquainted, whom they might not meet in person, but to whom they should entrust a legal problem and send certain documents, additional caution and security are necessary. Therefore, confidence, commitment and discretion are the main characteristics of this office.
